The project Agriculture.co.ke
We launched the project agriculture.co.ke in the spring of 2010. It is our goal to support the small scale farmers in Kenya in the development of agriculture.
In the first year we first analyzed the market in Kenya in order to find out how we can generally carry out agriculture here today. From these experiences and many interviews, we will hereby develop a strategy for our project in the next months which we will implement step by step in the next years.
Investigation and analysis good and important. But collection of concrete experiences is even more important. We prefer to try something than to theoretically speculate. For this reason, in the spring we tried on various initial investments on our own Farm and we started with different test fields in our farm in Jua Kali.
